Job Responsibilities:

- Hands-on experience in automation engineering (PLC, HMI & SACADA Software, industrial project).

- Hands on experience in PLC programming/scripting (Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, Omron, Delta, Siemens, B& R etc).

- Hands on experience in the IPC/HMI programming/scripting (Zenon, LabVIEW, Factory talk view, RS View, Schneider, Wincc, TIA Portal, Omron, Delta, Siemens, B& R etc).

- Knowledge of IPC/HMI hardware components.

- Work experience in windows operating system and troubleshooting.

- Experience with integrations and databases (SQL/NonSQL).

- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects/works simultaneously.

- Experience in the upgradations and modification of the machines in terms of PLC/IPC and related software.

- Must have working experience in the sensors, field devices and VFDs

- Hands on experience in the control panels and wiring.





- Willing to work on shifts and weekends

- Experience of the Pharma machineries and GMP regulations.

- Hands on work experience in the qualifications and validations.

- Knowledge on the calibration of the instruments.

- Understands the purpose and functioning of respective Engineering function and systems.

- Execute procedures in accordance with SOP requirements.

- Proper communication with subordinates and other department personnel.

- Ability to document in log books/applicable documents while performing the job using positive documentation practices.

- Attention to detail and ability to write and record data as per ALCOA policy.

- Adhering to cGMP practices in aforesaid areas.

- Other duties, which may be assigned from time to time, by reporting manager.
