Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist with expertise in GoHighLevel to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of hands-on experience utilizing GoHighLevel's CRM, marketing automation, and funnel-building tools. You will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing high-performing marketing campaigns to support business growth and engagement. As you will be independently managing assigned projects, the ability to drive marketing initiatives from planning to execution is essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and optimize sales funnels, landing pages, and automation workflows within GoHighLevel.
- Manage CRM setups, lead pipelines, and client onboarding automations.
- Set up and manage email and SMS marketing campaigns.
- Plan, execute, optimize, and scale Meta Ads campaigns to drive lead generation and business growth.
- Integrate GoHighLevel with third-party tools using Zapier, APIs, and webhooks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to campaigns, workflows, and integrations.
- Track campaign performance metrics, analyze results, and recommend data-driven improvements.




- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure campaign alignment and achieve business objectives.
- Take ownership of assigned marketing projects and ensure timely execution and delivery.

Requirements

- 1+ year of hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (CRM, funnels, and automations).
- Solid understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and marketing automation best practices.
- Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns, including campaign setup, optimization, and scaling.
- Experience with email marketing, SMS marketing, and sales funnel optimization.
- Knowledge of integrations using Zapier, APIs, or webhooks.
- Experience in SaaS marketing, particularly for appointment-based businesses or appointment booking funnels, is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously.
