Job Description :

Responsibilities:

- To attend day to day service activities.
- Recent protocol standardization and validation.
- Provide field service support including validation, troubleshooting and etc.
- Handle customer complaints on services.
- Conduct technical class and service training to customers, End-users and marketing team.
- Travelling is required when necessary.

Requirements:

- Diploma/Degree in Civil.
- 2-4 years of experience in Material or Food testing laboratory.
- Experience in customer service management and service documentation
- Possess good presentation skills and good command of English
- Able to work independently under tight timeline and multi-tasking
- Good negotiation skills and customer focus
- Team player and ability to work within multi racial environment
