Job Description – Project Manager (High-Rise Mivan Construction)

Position: Project Manager – High-Rise Residential ConstructionExperience Required:

10–15 Years (Minimum)

Qualification:

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Job Location:

GIFT City, Gandhinagar

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in residential high-rise building construction.
- Mandatory hands-on experience in Mivan/Shuttering Technology construction.
- Proven experience in executing and delivering high-rise residential projects of 20+ floors.
- Experience in construction of buildings with heights of approximately 70 meters or above.
- Preference will be given to candidates who have worked on premium residential towers, tall buildings, and skyscraper projects.
- Solid knowledge of project planning, execution, quality control, safety management, and resource management.
- Ability to manage contractors, consultants, and site teams effectively.
- Sound understanding of RCC works, MEP coordination, finishing activities, and project handover processes.
- Proficiency in project scheduling and monitoring tools.

Roles & Responsibilities:





- Lead and manage end-to-end execution of high-rise residential projects.
- Ensure timely completion of project milestones while maintaining quality standards.
- Monitor Mivan construction cycles and optimize productivity.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, and clients.
- Implement safety standards and quality control measures across the project.
- Manage project budgets, material planning, manpower deployment, and subcontractors.
- Prepare project progress reports and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Drive project delivery within the approved timelines and cost parameters.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Experience in construction of residential towers, tall buildings, and skyscrapers.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Track record of successfully completing large-scale high-rise residential projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
