Responsibility Includes:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for production and other staff.
- Handle employee queries and foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Maintain accurate employee records and assist with monthly payroll processing.
- Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Support the performance management and appraisal process.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant HR experience (Freshers with strong potential may also apply).
- Robust interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
