About the Role:

Acadeno Technologies is looking for a passionate and creative Digital Marketing Executive & Technical Trainer with 6 months to 1 year of experience to join our growing marketing and training team.

As an AI-driven technology and training organization, we are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about building a robust digital brand presence while mentoring aspiring digital marketers. The ideal candidate should be comfortable leveraging AI-powered marketing tools to improve campaign performance, content creation, analytics, and productivity while conducting engaging technical training sessions for students and professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Digital Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Manage social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital channels.
- Create engaging content including social media posts, blogs, videos, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Execute SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid marketing campaigns.
- Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, and marketing analytics using industry-standard tools.
- Generate and nurture leads through digital marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with designers, developers, and content creators to execute marketing campaigns.
- Manage online reputation, branding, and community engagement.




- Utilize AI-powered marketing tools for content generation, campaign optimization, analytics, automation, and productivity.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, AI technologies, and platform updates.
- Technical Training & Mentoring
- Conduct Digital Marketing training sessions at Acadeno Technologies and partner colleges.
- Deliver practical workshops on SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, AI Marketing Tools, and Marketing Analytics.
- Mentor students through live projects, assignments, campaign analysis, and hands-on practical sessions.
- Guide students in creating digital marketing strategies, campaign planning, and performance optimization.
- Represent Acadeno Technologies at workshops, seminars, hackathons, career events, and technical sessions.
- Inspire and motivate students to build successful careers in Digital Marketing and AI-powered Marketing.

Requirements:

- 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
- Good understanding of SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, and Lead Generation.
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.
- Knowledge of social media management platforms and marketing automation tools.




- Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Canva AI, Midjourney, Jasper AI, Copy.ai, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and motivating students.
- Willingness to conduct technical training sessions, workshops, and seminars at Acadeno Technologies and partner colleges.
- Self-motivated, creative, eager to learn, and committed to continuous professional growth.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience managing paid advertising campaigns across Google and Meta platforms.
- Knowledge of WordPress, basic HTML/CSS, and landing page optimization.
- Understanding of marketing automation, CRM tools, and lead management.
- Experience in video marketing and basic graphic design using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Google Digital Marketing or Meta Blueprint certifications are an added advantage.
