About the Role

Shreenathji Rasayan Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Chemist for its Resin Manufacturing Plant. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring production activities, maintaining process parameters, ensuring product quality, achieving production targets and supporting protected and efficient plant operations.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in chemical manufacturing operations, resin production processes, batch manufacturing, process monitoring and shift operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor day-to-day Resin Plant operations and manufacturing activities.
- Maintain production parameters and process conditions as per approved standards.
- Ensure production targets are achieved safely and efficiently.
- Monitor reactors, batch processes and production equipment.
- Maintain production logbooks, shift reports and batch records.
- Coordinate with Quality Control, Maintenance and Utility departments.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards and operational procedures.
- Monitor raw material consumption and production efficiency.
- Support troubleshooting and process improvement activities.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, safety compliance and PPE usage within the production area.
- Handle shift operations and coordinate with operators and production staff.

Required Qualifications

- B.Sc. Chemistry / M.Sc. Chemistry
- Diploma in Chemical Engineering
- B.E./B.Tech Chemical Engineering (Preferred)

Experience Requirements

- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Resin Manufacturing, Chemical Manufacturing, Formaldehyde, Specialty Chemicals or Continuous Process Industries.
- Experience in reactor operations,



batch manufacturing and production process control will be preferred.
- Knowledge of production documentation, SOPs and safety requirements.

Additional Information
