Sri Laxmi Medical Agencies is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, GST compliance, and financial reconciliations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST filings, and accounting software, with the ability to maintain accurate financial records and ensure statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain books of accounts and record daily financial transactions.
- Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns accurately and on time.
- Perform GST reconciliation with purchase, sales, and GSTR reports.
- Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, customer accounts, and ledger balances.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Verify invoices, purchase bills, and payment vouchers.
- Assist with audits and ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations.
- Coordinate with auditors,



tax consultants, and government authorities when required.
- Maintain proper documentation and financial records.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (), Accounting, or Finance.
- 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical, medical distribution, or FMCG sector.
- Strong knowledge of GST regulations and return filing.
- Experience with Tally ERP/Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel.
- Positive analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of TDS, payroll, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving and reconciliation skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
