We are expanding our sales team and looking for energetic professionals to support our business growth.

Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers, dealers, distributors, and business partners.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the field sales team.
- Explain the company's solar products and services to customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and existing customers.
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships through effective communication.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product information.
- Maintain daily call records, lead status, and customer details in CRM/MIS.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up and closure of leads.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.




- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve basic queries.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Odia (additional languages are an advantage).
- Smart, confident, and customer-focused personality.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email).
- Positive attitude with the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
