Mandatory Skills:

- 3+ years of experience in HR data and business analytics, Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau, and experience with Snowflake database
- Strong understanding of HR data structures and systems, with the ability to build and maintain new and existing dashboards
- Ability to create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for dashboards and Automation.

Optional Skills: (Good to Have Skills)

- Stakeholder management experience
- Proficiency in designing and developing dashboards, with the ability to translate business problems into effective analysis plans and visualization
- In-depth knowledge of confidentiality, data protection, and data integrity of HR systems and processes

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Utilizing your expertise in data mining and visualization tools like Tableau, Alteryx, and PowerBI, as well as databases like Snowflake, to effectively analyze and present data insights.
- Creating and maintaining various dashboards in Tableau and Power BI for global customers
- Knowledge of access management
- Proficiency in data visualization, converting tables and lists into meaningful charts and graphs
- End to end Automating the Extract, Transform and load process by using Alteryx for dashboard as well as for reporting requirements
- Ownership of project deliverables from end-to-end,



striving to provide high-quality support that meets or exceeds customer expectations
- Prioritizing maintaining a seamless and consistent user experience across all NN HR data services
