Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Retail RPM Developer with solid expertise in Oracle Retail Price Management (RPM), Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS), and Retail Invoice Matching (ReIM). The ideal candidate will have hands-on development experience across Oracle Retail implementations, with deep technical proficiency in PL/SQL, Unix Shell Scripting, and Pro*C, along with strong problem-solving and client-facing skills.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 6+ years of development experience in Oracle Retail applications.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS) v14/v16
- Oracle Retail Price Management (RPM)
- Oracle Retail Invoice Matching (ReIM)
- Experience delivering multiple Oracle Retail implementation and support projects.
- Advanced proficiency in:
- PL/SQL development
- Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers
- Dynamic SQL
- Materialized Views
- PL/SQL Collections
- Good working knowledge of Unix Shell Scripting and Pro*C.
- Experience in performance tuning, query optimization, and troubleshooting batch processes.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, review,



and test Oracle Retail solutions based on business and technical requirements.
- Prepare technical design documents and detailed development specifications.
- Create and execute test scenarios, validate results, and ensure quality deliverables.
- Manage source code and maintain repository standards.
- Support production environments by monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving application and batch-related issues.
- Analyze performance bottlenecks and implement tuning recommendations for long-running queries and batch jobs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient retail solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Good interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Retail suite components and integrations.
- Exposure to Oracle ADF development is an added advantage.

Nice to Have:

- Experience in retail pricing, promotions, and merchandising processes.
- End-to-end understanding of Oracle Retail architecture and data flows.
- Production support and incident management experience.
