We are looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Marketing Executive who can build strong digital presence, increase engagement, generate leads, and grow the SISYA CLASS brand across social media platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle daily social media operations for SISYA CLASS
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Create and execute content calendars and posting strategies
- Coordinate with video editors, designers, and content writers
- Write captions, hooks, hashtags, and engagement content
- Increase followers, reach, engagement, and brand visibility
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns for admissions and events
- Monitor social media trends and create trend-based content
- Reply to comments, messages, and audience interactions professionally
- Track analytics, insights, and monthly growth reports




- Support branding, PR activities, and online campaigns

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, and social media tools
- Good communication and content writing skills
- Understanding of reels, short-form content, and audience engagement
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Creative thinking and execution skills

Preferred Candidate

- Passionate about digital marketing and education industry
- Self-driven and result-oriented
- Good team coordination and communication skills
- Ability to generate creative campaign ideas

Bonus Skills

- Meta Ads knowledge
- YouTube SEO understanding
- Basic graphic designing or video editing skills
- Experience in EdTech or education marketing
