Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategy-driven Senior Business Development Executive to accelerate ARK Infosoft’s growth trajectory. You will take complete ownership of the B2B sales lifecycle—from lead acquisition and strategic prospecting to high-level negotiations and closing enterprise deals.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Growth & Revenue: Develop scalable sales strategies, target high-value clients, and consistently meet/exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

End-to-End Pipeline Management: Drive the full sales cycle from initial contact to proposal submission, price negotiation, and final contract closure.

Client Relationship Management: Cultivate deep, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and expand revenue from existing client portfolios.

Proposal & Solutioning: Collaborate closely with internal technical teams to craft tailored commercial proposals, RFP responses, and sales presentations.

Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends,



track competitive moves, and identify high-potential verticals for business expansion.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3–5 years of demonstrated success in IT services, software development sales, or B2B IT solution sales.

Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding ambitious sales quotas.

Advanced skills in deal negotiation, objection handling, consultative selling, and account acquisition.

Robust expertise in strategic outbound marketing campaigns, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and enterprise CRM systems.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business (MBA), Marketing, or IT/Computer Science.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
