Role & Responsibilities: -

- Conducts quality review of telephonic/chat conversations to ensure quality service goals and standards are met and/or identify areas where improvements can be achieved.

- Should have knowledge in QC tools, Excel, Dashboards, Call calibration, call audits,



Call monitoring and sharing feedback.

- Provide coaching and guidance based on audit findings and delivers weekly/ongoing performance feedback to associates as outlined by the business.

- Ability to train and coach.

- Solid logical reasoning and problem - solving skills.

Eligibility Criteria: -

1, Qualification: - Any Graduation/ Any Post Graduation

2, Location: - Marathahalli

3, Age limit: - Below 30yrs

4, Salary :- Upto 40K

5, Should have minimum 1yrs of an experience as Quality Analyst

6, Languages:- English+ Hindi
