We are looking for a Business Analyst with hands-on experience in online bidding portals such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PPH (People Per Hour), etc. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, writing winning proposals, communicating with international clients, and helping convert leads into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate business through online bidding portals: Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PPH, and other similar platforms
- Identify potential clients and relevant projects matching company services (Web Development, Mobile App Development, Software Development, etc.)
- Write clear, customized, and compelling proposals/bids to attract clients
- Interact with international clients via chat, email, and calls to understand project requirements
- Coordinate with the technical team to gather estimates, scope, and timelines before bidding
- Convert leads into long-term projects and maintain strong client relationships
- Handle pre-sales activities including requirement gathering, documentation, and follow-ups
- Maintain a database of leads, proposals, and client communication records
- Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for lead generation and project closures
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor strategies, and platform algorithm changes

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Minimum 1 year of experience in bidding on Upwork, Freelancer, or similar platforms (mandatory)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Robust understanding of IT services (Web/App/Software Development) to effectively pitch to clients
- Ability to write professional, persuasive, and client-specific proposals
- Good negotiation and client-handling skills
- Basic understanding of project scoping, estimation, and requirement analysis
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn, Google Workspace, and CRM/lead tracking sheets is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in any stream (BBA, MBA, BCA, B.Tech preferred but not mandatory)

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Prior experience working in an IT company's business development/sales team
- Track record of successfully closing projects via bidding platforms
- Comfortable working in shifts to align with international client time zones (if required)

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
