Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable, customer-focused, and responsible Retail Shopkeeper to manage the cash counter and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling daily cash transactions, assisting customers with their purchases, and ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate the cash counter efficiently and accurately.
- Handle cash, UPI, card, and other payment transactions.
- Issue bills and maintain accurate billing records.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases.
- Provide courteous and professional customer service.
- Ensure the cash register is balanced at the end of each day.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cash counter and store.
- Restock shelves and arrange merchandise when required.




- Monitor inventory and report low stock to the management.
- Assist in opening and closing the store.
- Follow store policies and maintain honesty and accountability in all transactions.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification: High School (12th Pass preferred).
- Previous experience in retail or cashier roles is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of billing systems and digital payment methods.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Honest, punctual, and responsible.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail workplace.
