Food & Beverage Captain is responsible for supervising the daily operations of the restaurant and ensuring the highest standards of guest service. The role includes leading and coordinating the service team, assigning duties, monitoring service quality, welcoming guests, assisting with menu recommendations, and ensuring that food and beverages are served efficiently and professionally. The Food & Beverage Captain works closely with the kitchen, bar, and management teams to ensure smooth operations, resolves guest concerns promptly, maintains hygiene and safety standards, and ensures compliance with the hotel's standard operating procedures (SOPs). The position also involves training and mentoring service staff, monitoring inventory and table setups, preparing shift reports, and supporting revenue growth through upselling and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should possess solid leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality and creating memorable dining experiences for guests.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
