- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and printer issues.
- Provide technical support to users and resolve IT-related problems.
- Install and update operating systems, applications, and antivirus software.
- Monitor and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, and network devices.
- Set up user accounts, email, and system access permissions.
- Perform routine system backups and data recovery when required.
- Maintain IT inventory, asset records, and service logs.
- Ensure data security and compliance with organizational IT policies.
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Support audio-visual equipment for meetings, presentations, and events.
- Perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
