We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Property Valuer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in assessing residential, commercial, and industrial properties and preparing accurate valuation reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in office property inspections.
- Assess market value of residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
- Prepare detailed valuation reports as per industry standards.
- Analyze market trends and comparable property data.
- Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and clients.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely report submission.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
