- MSc Nursing in Paediatric Nursing
- Minimum 3 year teaching experience
- Deliver classroom lectures in Paediatrics Nursing for undergraduate students.
- Plan and prepare lesson plans, teaching schedules, and learning materials.
- Conduct clinical demonstrations and supervise students during clinical postings.
- Guide students in developing clinical skills and providing quality patient care.
- Assess students through internal assessments, practical examinations, assignments, and viva voce.
- Maintain attendance records, academic records, and student performance reports.
- Mentor and counsel students regarding academic and clinical matters.
- Guide students in seminars, case presentations, projects, and research activities.
- Participate in curriculum planning, syllabus revision, and academic development.
- Prepare question papers and evaluate answer scripts as assigned.
- Conduct continuing nursing education (CNE) programmes, workshops, and training sessions.
