Job Title: Design- Mechanical & Fire Services (SME)

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and review HVAC, plumbing, piping, and fire protection system designs.
- Develop BOQs, design drawings, and technical specifications for Mechanical & Fire Services.
- Provide consultancy expertise and coordinate designs with Civil, Electrical, and Architecture teams.
- Ensure compliance with NFPA, NBC, IS codes, and other relevant standards.
- Review vendor drawings and support tender preparation, cost estimation, and bid evaluation.
- Provide value engineering solutions to optimize mechanical and fire system designs.
- Liaise with clients, architects, and consultants for design validation and approvals.
- Support in site-related technical clarifications during execution.

Requirements

- Qualification: B.E.



/ B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 5–10 years in Mechanical & Fire Services design (preferably with a consultancy/design firm).
- Solid knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, fire detection & suppression systems.
- Familiarity with codes and standards – NFPA, NBC, IS codes, ASHRAE.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and design tools (Revit/ETAP/other MEP software preferred).
- Excellent communication and multidisciplinary coordination skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
