Job Description

- Provide comprehensive nursing care to employees and site-based staff.
- Set up, operate, and manage an on-site or plantation-based medical relief unit, including both clinical and administrative responsibilities.
- Conduct initial health assessments and ongoing evaluations of physical and mental health status.
- Administer medications, treatments, and perform nursing procedures as prescribed.
- Monitor vital signs, recognize and respond to changes in patient condition, and handle medical emergencies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
- Provide health education, counselling, and support to promote wellness, disease prevention, and self-care.
- Ensure medical equipment and supplies are properly maintained, inventoried, and functional.




- Coordinate and accompany patients to external medical appointments during working hours when needed.
- Perform CPR and manage emergency response in critical situations.
- Conduct periodic health screenings, vaccinations, and workplace health campaigns.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to improve workplace health and safety standards.
- Monitor clinic cleanliness and safety, and ensure compliance with occupational health requirements.
- Travel to assigned plants, sites, or plantations as needed to provide medical support.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned from time to time.

Requirement

- Candidate must possess at a degree in Nursing or any related disciplines.
- Candidate who are certified/registered nursing with Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia (KKM).
- Proactive, possess good working attitude and good interpersonal/communication skills to deal with all levels of people professionally.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin (an added advantage).
- PC literate and proficient in using all Microsoft Office applications i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.
- Good organization and record keeping skills.
