Project Lead - Planning

The Project Lead - Planning is responsible for preparation, monitoring and control of project schedules for assigned projects. The role ensures timely delivery through effective planning, progress tracking, coordination with execution teams and proactive risk mitigation.

SECTION III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIESFinancial / Functional Perspective

- Support cost control through effective schedule management
- Minimize delays and cost overruns
- Improve cash flow through milestone planning
- Optimize resource utilization

Customer Perspective

- Ensure adherence to committed project timelines
- Provide accurate progress reports to management and clients
- Enhance stakeholder confidence through transparent planning
- Support client and statutory reviews

Internal Process Perspective





- Prepare baseline and detailed project schedules
- Track progress and analyze schedule variances
- Prepare recovery and mitigation plans
- Coordinate with construction, MEP and procurement teams
- Conduct weekly and monthly project reviews
- Prepare MIS reports and dashboards
- Maintain planning documentation and records

Learning & Growth / Developmental Perspective

- Strengthen expertise in project planning tools
- Mentor junior planning engineers
- Promote digital planning and reporting tools
- Drive continuous improvement in planning practices
