RBI Reporting Requirements
Duties and Responsibilities
Regulatory Centre of Excellence (CoE) - Project Management Office (PMO) | RBI Regulatory Reporting
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the RBI Regulatory Reporting team to understand and coordinate data requirements, ensuring timely and accurate support for regulatory reporting.
- Provide end-to-end PMO support for RBI regulatory reporting initiatives, including project planning, milestone tracking, governance, risk management, and timely delivery of key milestones.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely execution of regulatory reporting deliverables and resolution of dependencies.
- Serve as the primary coordination point between the Finance function and other business, operations, technology, and support teams for RBI reporting-related initiatives.
- Support the Finance team during RBI inspections by coordinating information requests, tracking action items, and facilitating timely responses.
- Assist in the preparation, review, and maintenance of documentation, presentations, and reports required for RBI inspections and regulatory submissions.
- Monitor adherence to RBI regulatory requirements as well as internal policies, governance standards, and control frameworks.
- Identify opportunities to streamline regulatory reporting processes, improve governance, and enhance operational efficiency through process improvements and automation initiatives.
- Track and report project status, risks, issues, dependencies,
and mitigation plans to senior stakeholders through appropriate governance forums.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration across Finance, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and other relevant functions to ensure successful execution of regulatory initiatives.

Required Qualifications and Experiencea) Qualifications
- CA / Master in Finance having minimum of 3 years of experience in Banking / NBFC industry
- Having robust background of accounting & financial systems
- Strong understanding of RBI regulations and requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software

- 3 - 4 years of experience in Banking / NBFC industry
