Job Responsibilities
1. Plan and deliver training to all service points in state
2. Identify training needs and skill gap of employees at service points
3. Improve the technical and behavioral skills of employees at service points
4. Maintain repair quality and keep minimum repair bounce
5. Find creative ways to improve the service quality and reduce service cost
6. Provide technical support to service point employees
7. Monitor product failure and report quality issues reported in field
8. Provide soft skill training to all customer-facing employees at service points
9. Manage online training and classroom training for large groups
10. Provide on-the-job training to employees at service points
Education Requirement
Diploma in Engineering / Graduation in any discipline (B.E/ B. Tech preferred)
Experience Requirement
5 - 12 years
Skills & Competencies
1. Knowledge of CRM
2. Knowledge of Training Content development
3. Technical knowledge of mobile phones repair and training
4. Communication skills
5. Team management skills
