- Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges within projects to maintain delivery timelines.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and ensure seamless integration of components.

Skilled & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Experience in developing reusable components and integrating them within complex enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of client-side scripting and asynchronous programming techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize performance issues in web applications.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility considerations.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
