Duties and Responsibilities

- Responsible for scoping of SOPs from time to time as it gets updated
- Continuous Interaction with the vendors and timely feedback updation from SME to Vendor
- Getting the content Sign Off from the subject matter experts until the module goes LIVE
- Ensure Sign Off on Story Boards and vendor query resolution
- Timely delivery of Training modules
- Updation of the final Gold Version to the online portal

- Continuous Coordination with the LMS team for going LIVE with the module

- Getting all the employees enrolled and onboard with the training module

- Driving and tracking usage on field level
- Capturing feedback from the end user and passing it to the development team
- Preparing weekly Status report of the drive with all the stakeholders
- Ensuring corrective steps are taken as per the response from the field
- Updation of LIVE training modules for future reference
- Track and ensure 100% completion of E-modules
- Support E-module participants in terms of difficulties faced during module completion




- Review the effectiveness and the relevance of the module based on the process changes and trigger revision to the School of Ops team for refresh module
- Continuously seek feedback from the participants in terms of the effectiveness of the module and feed it back to the School of Ops team
- Plan and cascade process changes/Circulars to the branch locations and ensure understanding
- Plan SMT communications with branches
- Support SMTs in content development for the monthly/quarterly communication

Required Qualifications and Experience

- MBA with 4-6 years of relevant experience
- Should possess good communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to work in a multi-tasking workplace
- High level of integrity and dependability with strong sense of urgency and result orientation
- Result orientation and problem-solving approach
- Experience on instructional design and content development will be an added advantage
