The Project Lead is responsible for managing day-to-day project execution activities to ensure timely delivery, cost control, quality compliance and safety performance. The role supports the Project Head in driving site execution, contractor management and coordination across functions.

SECTION III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIESFinancial / Functional Perspective

- Control execution costs and avoid wastage and rework
- Support achievement of project budget and profitability targets
- Improve productivity and resource utilization
- Support billing and cash flow milestones

Customer Perspective

- Ensure execution as per committed timelines and quality standards
- Coordinate with customers, consultants and authorities
- Resolve site-level issues and escalations
- Enhance stakeholder confidence through execution discipline





Internal Process Perspective

- Lead day-to-day construction activities at site
- Monitor schedules, manpower and contractor performance
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety and statutory norms
- Coordinate with design, planning, procurement and MEP teams
- Conduct regular site reviews and progress meetings
- Ensure timely inspections, approvals and handovers

Learning & Growth / Developmental Perspective

- Build capability of site engineers and supervisors
- Promote safety culture and continuous improvement
- Encourage adoption of best construction practices
- Develop leadership and decision-making skills
