Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Security.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable software components using contemporary programming frameworks.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues within enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and ensuring seamless communication between different software modules.

Additional Information:
