Job Responsibilities

1. Single point of contact (SPOC) to resolve all Technical issues of Converged Core Network (EPC, EPC++, Wifi core & FTTX Core) at the circle level.
2. Manage day-to-day Field level O&M; activities such as corrective/preventive maintenance, troubleshooting/traces, spare management, and system backup.
3. Planned event execution/support. Work with PBOT Vendor partners and NOC for fault closure & restoration of services within SLA.

Experience Requirement

- 8 - 15 years

Skills & Competencies

1. Able to integrate POIs.
2. Knowledge of National and International roaming database definitions and IREG testing and troubleshooting.
3. Analysis of C7 signaling on Protocol Analyzer (K 1205), MAP, ISUP, SCCP, etc., to fix problems in calls or SMS and Location Update AND CALLS.
4. Skilled on Acceptance Testing of Group Switch, RP Bus Expansion, etc. Expansion.
