We are looking for an energetic, dynamic, and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our saree retail team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in finding the perfect sarees for weddings, festivals, and daily wear, offering exceptional service and product guidance.

Key Language Requirements

To provide the best shopping experience for our diverse customers, fluency in the following languages is prioritized:

- Primary Priority: Hindi, English, Marathi
- Secondary Priority (High Advantage): Telugu, Kannada

Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly, understand their preferences, and showcase appropriate saree collections (Silk, Fancy, Cotton, Designer, etc.).
- Drape and display sarees effectively to help customers visualize the look.
- Cross-sell matching blouses, accessories, or complementary saree ranges.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and well-presented display on the sales floor.




- Manage stock inventory on the floor and fold/pack sarees neatly after customer interaction.
- Build positive relationships with returning customers to drive repeat business.

Requirements & Skills

- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- High energy level with a passion for customer service and retail sales.
- Ability to stand for long hours and handle peak shopping hours during festivals/wedding seasons smoothly.
- Basic knowledge of different fabric types (Sarees, Silks, Synthetics) is preferred.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
