The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with company-generated leads, understanding client requirements, promoting our IT solutions, and converting prospects into long-term customers. Key Responsibilities
- Engage with company-generated leads through phone calls, emails, and client meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate IT solutions.
- Present and demonstrate the company's products and services to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Follow up with prospects and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
