The Irish House is looking for Sous Chef (Continental Cuisine) for it's Mumbai outlet.

Title: Sous Chef
Location: Fort, Mumbai
Salary: upto 60000/- CTC + Tips + Incentive

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Lead and manage the Continental section of the kitchen with precision and creativity.
- Responsible for daily kitchen operations including prep, plating, hygiene, and timely execution.
- Work closely with the Brand Chef to develop new menus, specials, and improve food presentation.
- Monitor inventory, wastage, portion control, and maintain food cost targets.
- Ensure that SOPs and hygiene standards are strictly followed.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior chefs and kitchen staff.
- Maintain a clean and compliant kitchen as per FSSAI norms.
- Work in coordination with FOH team to ensure seamless service.

Requirement:





- Minimum 10-12 years of kitchen experience, with at least 1 year as Sous Chef or similar position.
- Continental cuisine expertise is mandatory.
- Should have worked in Pub / RestoBar formats (not hotel kitchens only).
- Age: Below 45 years.
- Strong leadership and excellent communication skills.
- Culinary degree or diploma from a recognized institute preferred.
- Passionate about food, team player, and ready to work in a rapid-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
