We're Hiring: Project Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager to lead and execute residential & commercial interior projects from concept to handover.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Execution: Oversee end-to-end site execution, quality control & timely delivery

Team & Vendor Coordination: Manage site team, contractors, and vendors

Client Management: Regular client updates, presentations & site meetings

Budget & BOQ: Prepare BOQs, track budgets, billing & procurement

Documentation: Drawings review, schedules, progress reports using MS Project/Excel

Compliance: Ensure safety standards and design specifications are followed

Requirements: Experience: 3-5 years in interior project management/execution

Skills: AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Project, Site supervision, Negotiation

*Education:* Degree/Diploma in Civil, Architecture or Interior Design

preferred Traits: Robust leadership, problem-solving, communication in English + Hindi Location: Raipur | Site visits required

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
