Job Description

Position: Purchase Executive
Department: Purchase/Procurement
Experience: Minimum 2–5 Years
Qualification: Any Graduate
Industry Preference: Manufacturing Unit

Key Responsibilities:

- Procure raw materials, consumables, and packaging materials as per production requirements.
- Source and develop vendors, obtain quotations, and negotiate prices.
- Prepare and process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, and Accounts departments for procurement activities.
- Maintain purchase records, vendor databases, and documentation.
- Follow up on pending orders and resolve supply-related issues.

Required Skills:

- Good negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and inventory management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.

Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in procurement for manufacturing companies.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
