About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant with 3 to 5 years of experience in managing accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should possess robust accounting knowledge, analytical skills, and experience in handling day-to-day finance activities.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Financial Management

- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and bookkeeping activities.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and post journal entries, vouchers, and ledger reconciliations.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing activities.

Financial Reporting

- Prepare MIS reports, financial statements,



and management reports.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Monitor budgets and track expenses against approved budgets.
- Assist in audit preparation and documentation

Taxation & Compliance

- Handle GST, TDS, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Ensure timely filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and related reconciliations.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and government authorities as required.
- Maintain compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- MBA (Finance) / M.Com / CA Inter qualification is an added advantage.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles and Financial Reporting.
- Experience in GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Advanced Formulas).
- Experience with Tally ERP, or Zoho Books, or similar ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
