We’re looking to onboard a dynamic service-oriented individual in our Customer Service Operations team at Pune. We’re a high paced, customer success-oriented business and any candidate aspiring to join us must be detail oriented and enjoy working in an workplace such as ours six days a week. Such individual(s) should showcase a blend of communication and negotiation skills combined with number crunching skills (using MS Excel) in his/her current job-assignment. The individual shall be the 1st line of contact to receive, handle and deliver end-to-end the customer indents / orders / fulfilments for assigned accounts as also handle and resolve escalations on transactions and consignments by coordinating with internal stakeholders in Warehousing, Logistics and Finance. Candidates who hold a Graduate Degree in Commerce or Management with at least 2 years and not more than 4 years of work experience can apply for this vacancy.
