Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our Civil & Architectural team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, material estimation, and project costing for both residential and commercial projects. Very positive knowledge of MS Excel formulas and application

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for civil and architectural ws.
- Perform accurate quantity take-offs from drawings and project specifications.
- Estimate material quantities, costs, and labour requirements.
- Analyse project quantities and prepare cost estimates.
- Verify contractor bills and measurements.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure estimation accuracy.
- Monitor project costs and assist in cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare rate analyses and support tendering and procurement activities.
- Maintain updated records of quantities, estimates, and project documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.




- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in civil and architectural projects.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity analysis, material estimation, and project costing.
- Mandatory experience with residential and commercial projects.
- Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings accurately.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation/quantity surveying software.
- Good analytical, communication, and organisational skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Detail-oriented with strong numerical and analytical abilities.
- Capable of working independently while meeting project deadlines.
- Experience in contractor billing and cost management will be an added advantage.
