Job Description & Summary:

Responsible for looking into the online marketing strategies for the organization/ industry/ clients-

- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns for assigned client accounts across multiple online platforms.

- Manage, update, and optimise client websites to ensure accurate, engaging, and high-performing content.

- Optimise content for client websites and social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.

- Track and analyse client website traffic, campaign performance, and digital metrics; prepare regular reports for internal and client reviews.

- Identify and fix issues in client online content; assist in organising webinars, live sessions, and product demos.

- Participate in client meetings, networking events, and product launches when required.

- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends to recommend improvements and ensure client brands remain competitive.

- Perform on-page and off-page SEO tasks to improve client website rankings and search visibility.

- Create, edit, and publish content such as posts, videos, articles, and multimedia for client platforms.





- Strategically promote client products and services across relevant digital channels.

- Execute social media strategies to improve client KPIs including engagement, reach, followers, likes, shares, and comments.

- Create and execute SMS and email marketing campaigns for client lead generation and engagement.

Qualification:

- Graduation

Experience:

- SEO/ SMM Executive experience minimum 01-05 years in a recognized industry.

- Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or relevant role.

- Understanding of business functions such as marketing segments etc.

- Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics etc.)

- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.

- Skills and experience in creative content writing, Google/ Social Media Ads, Graphic Designing, On/ Off Page, Web 3.0 & Video Editing

- Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.

- Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.
