Job Position: Preschool Teacher/Kindergarten Teacher

Interactive Lesson Delivery:

- Conduct engaging and interactive lessons designed to foster curiosity and creativity.
- Utilize storytelling, music, art, and play to make learning enjoyable and effective.
- Integrate educational technology and tools to enhance learning experiences.

Customized Learning Approaches:

- Adapt teaching methods to suit the varied learning styles and abilities of preschool children.
- Use differentiated instruction techniques to meet the needs of every child, including those requiring additional support.

Skill Development:

- Promote the development of motor skills, language, and social-emotional abilities through structured and unstructured activities.
- Encourage problem-solving, critical thinking, and collaboration among children.
- Promote cognitive, emotional, social, and physical growth through age-appropriate activities.
- Encourage curiosity and creativity by providing opportunities for exploration and discovery.
- Support language development through reading, conversation, and interactive dialogues.

Classroom Management:

- Maintain a positive and well-organized classroom environment that promotes safety, inclusivity, and respect.
- Implement strategies for managing behavior effectively and constructively.

Activity Planning:

- Plan and execute thematic activities, including sensory play, role-playing, and outdoor exploration.
- Incorporate Montessori or play-based learning techniques where appropriate.

Assessment and Monitoring:

- Observe and assess children’s progress in cognitive, emotional, and physical development.
- Document learning milestones and prepare regular progress reports for parents.

Technology Integration:

- Integrate age-appropriate educational technology, such as digital drawing apps or interactive projectors, to enhance learning.
- Ensure technology is used constructively to complement traditional teaching methods.

Life Skills and Independence:

- Teach basic life skills, such as handwashing, tidying up,



and self-care routines.
- Encourage children to develop independence in completing simple tasks.

Parent Involvement in Education:

- Collaborate with parents to understand their child’s unique needs and provide guidance on extending learning at home.
- Share resources and tips for holistic child development.
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents regarding their child's experiences and needs.
- Organize and participate in school events, workshops, and parent education program

Continuous Learning:

- Stay updated on early childhood education trends and best practices.
- Regularly introduce innovative teaching techniques and resources to keep the curriculum fresh and relevant.

Collaboration with Colleagues:

- Work closely with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational experience.
- Share resources, ideas, and strategies for effective teaching.
- Participate actively in staff meetings and contribute to the development of school programs

Qualifications and Skills:

- Educational Background:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree or Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field or any degree
- Licensing or accreditation as required by regional education authorities.
- Key Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Creative lesson planning and innovative teaching methods.
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine enthusiasm for working with young children.
- Proficiency in integrating technology into the classroom.

- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in early childhood education.




- Previous experience teaching in a preschool or early childhood setting is highly desirable.
