- Achieve monitoring targets (Remote calls, side by side monitoring or real time monitoring)
- Assess the quality and accuracy of the calls / documents monitored / evaluated including critical / fatal errors




- Perform additional monitoring for nesting associates, bottom performers and outliers
- Document quality scores, and specific observations/ feedback/ comments in the monitoring form.
- Provide feedback to the process (Associates) on evaluations done.
- Conduct process meeting
- Provide frequency based feedback / coaching on quality issues.
- Attend Calibration Calls (Internal and External) and ensure a minimum variance in assessment.
- Provide Reports agreed with Client / operations in a timely manner with accuracy
- Production (post socializing with the clients & only in case of sudden volume influx situation)
- Ensure zero disputes on calls monitored or documents/cases QC'd
- Analyse root cause of the errors and share trending's on various performance measures.
- Undertake quality improvement initiatives
