Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical capabilities, expertise in building and auditing financial models, and experience supporting strategic business decisions. Key Responsibilities Finance & Accounting Operations - Manage end-to-end finance and accounting activities including AP, AR, GL accounting, and reconciliations. - Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual book closure activities within timelines. - Drive global stakeholder connects, meetings, and training sessions as required. - Prepare governance decks, project timeline presentations, process flowcharts, SOPs, and training materials while adhering to corporate standards. - Create, administer, and maintain SAP Master Data, including: - GENA (Cost Centers & Internal Orders) - General Ledger (Chart of Accounts & Account Functionalities) - Cycles and Rules administration - Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of master data processes. - Coordinate with global teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and implement process improvements.



- Manage multiple project deliverables while adhering to aggressive timelines. - Demonstrate strong ownership and accountability in driving project outcomes. - Support governance reviews, status reporting, and project tracking activities. - Collaborate effectively across functions with a "collaborate and win" mindset. - Provide training and knowledge transfer sessions to end users and stakeholders as needed.
