Integrate AI and machine learning techniques (e.g., predictive analytics, natural language processing, anomaly detection) into existing automation practices to optimize test case generation, test data management, defect prediction, and test execution. Implement best-in-class API automation frameworks (REST, SOAP, async messaging) and server-side automation for core banking systems, payments, cards, lending, treasury, and relevant protocols like FIX, ISO 8583, ISO 20022, MQ, Kafka. Develop AI-powered solutions for intelligent test case generation, leveraging Generative AI/Large Language Models (LLMs) for requirements understanding and test scenario creation. Design and deploy self-healing automation frameworks that use AI to automatically adapt to UI changes and application updates. Implement automation solutions supporting microservices and distributed systems.
Technical Expertise & Execution: Apply in-depth knowledge of Python and Java to build and enhance automation frameworks. Champion BDD (Behavior Driven Development) and TDD (Test Driven Development) practices, designing scalable BDD frameworks using tools like Cucumber, Behave, JBehave, or equivalent. Embed automation early in the SDLC to support shift-left testing and enable developer-test collaboration for quality ownership. Perform rigorous data analysis to identify trends and draw actionable insights to optimize test strategies. Execute tasks and projects with a high degree of accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to established standards and deadlines. Problem Solving & Innovation: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and innovation within Corporate Banking Technology, specifically in AI Test Automation. Analyze complex technical issues related to AI/ML integration in testing, propose effective solutions, and drive their implementation. Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging AI/ML technologies, and regulatory changes within the financial sector, assessing their potential impact on test automation. Utilize anomaly detection algorithms to identify subtle defects in system behavior, performance, and data integrity.
