Job Summary
The Senior Technical Lead will be responsible for leading technical projects related to CAD Design Skills, Geometric Dimension & Tolerancing (GD&T;), and SolidWorks. The incumbent will oversee the design and development process, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage technical projects involving CAD design, GD&T;, and SolidWorks.
2. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of engineers and designers.
3. Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
4. Interpret and apply GD&T; principles to optimize product design and manufacturing processes.
5. Utilize SolidWorks software to create, modify, and analyze engineering designs.
6. Conduct design reviews, identify areas for improvement,



and implement solutions.
7. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all design activities.
8. Develop and maintain technical documentation for reference and quality assurance purposes.

Skill Requirements
1. Proficiency in CAD design techniques and tools, with a focus on SolidWorks.
2. Robust understanding and application of geometric dimension & tolerancing (GD&T;) principles.
3. Experience in leading technical projects and guiding a team towards successful project completion.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in design and analysis.
5. Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders.
6. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results in a fast paced environment.

Other Requirements
Relevant certifications in SolidWorks or GD&T; are preferred.
