Job Summary
Azure Administrator – L3 (Job Description) Responsible for advanced administration, support, and optimization of Azure IaaS and PaaS environments. Act as L3 escalation point for complex incidents, major outages, and performance issues across compute, storage, networking, and identity services. Design, implement, and maintain HA/DR, security, and governance controls in Azure. Lead automation and optimization initiatives using PowerShell, ARM/Bicep, and Azure-native tools. Support cloud migrations, upgrades, and architectural improvements in collaboration with architects and cross‑tower teams. Drive problem management, RCA, and continuous service improvement.
