Job Purpose

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and successfully completing steel fabrication and manufacturing projects within the approved scope, budget, quality standards, and timelines. The role involves coordinating with customers, production, design, purchase, quality, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and monitor project activities from order receipt to final dispatch.
- Prepare project schedules and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, Purchase, Quality, and Dispatch departments.
- Monitor project progress and resolve delays or technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
- Control project costs and optimize resource utilization.
- Review project risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Conduct project review meetings and provide progress reports to management.




- Coordinate with clients regarding project updates, changes, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Verify material availability and coordinate procurement requirements.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and records.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project performance.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Production Engineering or related field.
- Project Management certification is an added advantage.

Experience

- 3–5 years of experience in the steel fabrication or manufacturing industry.
- Experience in handling industrial fabrication, distribution box, enclosure, or structural steel projects is preferred.
