Key Responsibilities

- Payroll Management: Process payroll accurately and on time, including salary calculations, deductions, and benefits.
- Compliance Monitoring: Ensure adherence to labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Auditing: Conduct regular audits of payroll records to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Policy Development: Assist in creating and updating payroll and compliance policies.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on payroll and compliance activities for management.
- Labour court case handling: Handling Labour court cases.

Skills and Qualifications

- Robust knowledge of payroll systems and labor laws.
- Proficiency in payroll software and tools.
- Have handled Labour court cases.
- Analytical mindset to identify and resolve compliance issues.
- Effective communication skills for liaising with employees and management.
