Job Summary

We are seeking a result-oriented Field Sales Executive to manage and grow our NVOCC business. In this role, you will be on the field daily, building strong relationships with exporters, importers, and Customs House Agents (CHAs) to secure ocean freight bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Field Visits: Conduct daily face-to-face meetings with direct shippers, freight forwarders, and CHAs.
- Client Acquisition: Pitch NVOCC services to current prospects and secure continuous FCL/LCL container bookings.
- Quotations: Coordinate with internal pricing desks to provide competitive freight rates and handle spot inquiries.
- Account Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent service and repeat business.
- Payment Follow-up: Monitor client accounts and ensure the timely collection of outstanding dues.
- Reporting:



Maintain daily logs of field activities and client feedback in the CRM system.

Qualifications

- Experience: 1–3 years of field sales experience in an NVOCC, Liner, or Ocean Freight environment.
- Knowledge: Sound understanding of ocean logistics, FCL/LCL dynamics, and shipping documentation.
- Skills: Strong negotiation and face-to-face communication skills.
