Job Description
We are looking for a Contact Center Development / Project Delivery Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives and technology enhancements for the Bank's Contact Center.
Required Skills:
5+ years of experience in Contact Center Development/Project Delivery.
Strong expertise in Ameyo Contact Center (Voice, Omni-channel, Dialers, Configuration).
Experience with IVR, AI, CRM, and Contact Center technologies.
Knowledge of VoIP, SIP, Asterisk, and PostgreSQL.
Banking/BFSI experience is preferred.
Solid project management and stakeholder management skills.
