- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Physical Education (B.P.Ed / M.P.Ed) or a related field.
- Certification in athletics coaching from a recognized sports authority (preferred).
- Proven experience as an athletics coach or PE teacher in a school setting.
- Knowledge of current best practices in athletic training and injury prevention.
- Robust knowledge of athletics (track & field) techniques and rules.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and engage students of all skill levels.
- 3-5years of school experience
